Terms and conditions for shipping

- Items in stock or that do not require assembly or customization are shipped within 24h / 48h.

- Items that are out of stock at the time of shipment or require assembly may increase the shipping time of the order.

- In the event that, for any reason, the shipment could not be carried out, the return would be made full amount paid by the customer.

- The Shipping with Carrier option supposes the need for the buyer to be at home for delivery. The contact telephone number will be provided to the transport company, as well as the possible indications of the client, leaving its use in their hands.

- The Pick-up in Store option is free but involves the collection of the item in our store in Barcelona. The customer will be notified when the item is available for collection.

Shipping costs

Spain

A. Peninsula


- For orders under € 50, shipping costs have a cost of € 2.99.
- For orders from € 50 the Shipping costs are free.


B. Balearic Islands

- For orders of any amount the shipping costs have a cost of € 49

Europe
Germany, France, Italy, Portugal

- For orders less than € 200, shipping costs have a cost of € 49.
- For orders over € 200, shipping costs are free.

Annex I
The shipping costs are subject to possible modifications if there is any type of change in the amounts of the transport companies as well as in the customs fees and costs. In any of these cases, before making the amount, the client will be contacted for confirmation.
Annex II
Possible customs charges to countries outside the European Union are not taken into account. If it exists, the customer would be responsible for paying the requested amount.

Returns

Terms and conditions for returns

- The returned item has to be in the same condition in which it was sent. With its original packaging, including warranties, labels.

- Unless the return is due to an error on our part, or that the article presents a defect, changes will be made for other products.

- Shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defect in the product ... in which case, the costs shipping costs will be at our expense.

- There is a period of 14 days to return the product.

- If at the time of the return there is no product that interests you, the value of the product will be saved as a balance in your favor indefinitely, until you find a product to your liking.

Steps to make a return

2.- We will send you an e-mail with the instructions that you must follow uir to finalize the return.
